How It Works:

Bring your golf equipment to the Greater La Crosse Golf Show in the South Hall of the La Crosse Center. Inform us of your sale price and if the price is negotiable.

If your equipment is sold, you will be notified by email or phone. Sellers will receive 70% of the sale price, 30% goes to Viterbo University Women's Golf Team. Payment will be made by check within 14 days from The Greater La Crosse Golf Show.

GOLF EQUIPMENT SWAP RULES

Checking In/ Getting Your Equipment Ready For Sale

Items may be brought to South Hall in the La Crosse Center beginning Friday, March 12 at 12:00PM and throughout the show.

The swap begins at 3:00PM on Friday, March 12 and ends Sunday March 14, 2009 at 3:00PM.

Sellers bringing items for sale or checking on prior sale items after 3:00PM on Friday, March 12 will be required to purchase a daily admission for entry - no exceptions

Each seller must complete an:

  1. Equipment Check-In Form - sellers will list their contact information and all items that are being offered for sale.
     
  2. Item Tag for each item or group of items that is offered for sale. Each tag must have a good description of the item(s) for sale. Please describe any special features, as well as any flaws/problems with the clubs (i.e. Ping irons, 7 yrs. old, missing 5 iron, used only 3 seasons).

Each seller must remove all unsold items from the auction area by 3:00PM on Sunday March 14, 2009. Unclaimed items will be donated to local golf programs.

The Greater La Crosse Golf Show is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
